More surprises from our balcony....

We have been lucky enough to see so much activity from our balcony and were so excited to see an armadillo fossicking around the other morning. Last week we were also amazed to see a beautiful woodpecker – one with a red head and black and white speckled feathers sitting quietly on our balcony rail. Living right on the Bayou certainly gives us a glimpse into the natural habitat of so much of Houston’s wildlife.
