Carol at Cat Spring

We met Carol at a conference last year - she accidentally trod on my toe while making her way to a seat and we have been in contact ever since! She is an absolutely amazing woman, very entreprenuerial - owns her own restaurant 'Carol's at Cat Spring', her own court reporting company, owns a ranch at Cat Spring called "Blisswood" and it has at least 6 houses on the property which are used for bed and breakfast accommodation and she also raises South American Paso Fino horses, American bison and miniature donkeys - wow I wonder when she sleeps! We visited her on Friday (only about an hour west of Houston) and she gave us the grand tour of the property and we have now booked to spend a couple of very peaceful days there.
