Part 5 - And John thought the holiday was over........

No sooner had I finished unpacking from our 2 week trip away when John was required to head back to Utah and also to North Dakota to do some preliminary work with a brand new client.

He experienced new areas of the magnificent Rocky Mountains in Utah and then the openness and remoteness of North Dakota – wild horses crossing in front of his car while he was driving along, oil rigs out in the middle of nowhere set in magnificent surrounds and saw more brilliant waterways and national parks.

We just keep adding more and more to our list of places to revisit!

A couple of road signs one would only find in America -

And finally .........................

As I close on this Friday night in Houston, I record the possible arrival of Hurricane Dean, yes a hurricane – currently a category 4 and strengthening and moving towards Cuba into the Gulf of Mexico. We are well prepared and have stocked up on water, food and batteries – could be exciting! If it stays on track it will arrive in a few days – however it will be finished with its business before next Friday (24th) as we are flying to New York for another well deserved break – no work involved!

Life is Good…………….
